2014-2015 Scripture Memory Program Complete!

Now that the month of June is completed, we have reached the end of this year’s Scripture Memory Program, which began after General Conference in 2014 and is focused around the theme of our upcoming Conference meetings, “Steadfast.”

With the completion of the program, we need to collect the names of those from participating churches so that we can give the proper recognition at General Conference, as well as determining the winner of the annual Mary G. Clare Scripture Memory Award, which is given to the church with the most members who successfully complete the program each year.

The form to report that information can be found here. We ask churches to download the form and then complete it, and then return it either by postal service or email by July 10th, so that we have time to properly prepare to recognize those who have completed the program. For those who have difficulty getting the form completed, an email with the names of those who have completed the program sent to the Director of Education and History, Nick Kersten (nkersten@seventhdaybaptist.org), will suffice for initial notification until the form can be completed.

We appreciate the involvement of the churches in this act of “spurring one another on to love and good deeds” as we memorize God’s Word together!

Again, if you are looking for the form to report those in your church who have completed this program, please download the form here.
