Our 2018 SDB Pastors Conference will take place from April 27-29 in Ashaway, RI. The theme will be the same as our Conference theme, Less Talk, More Action. All serving or retired pastors and their spouses are welcome to attend. Anyone who is training for pastoral ministry or is feeling a call to pastoral ministry and their spouses are also welcome to attend. If you have a question as to whether you should be attending, please contact the Director of Pastoral Services. 

REGISTRATION

The cost to attend is $100. Spouses are free but there is no specially scheduled program for them outside of the other Conference events. In order to help us plan effectively, you must pay ahead of time by April 15 by check to the SDB Center (made payable to Pastoral Services) or by credit/debit card. If payment is not received by April 15, we will not be able to guarantee you a spot. Assistance may be available for you from our continuing education funds. 

Please register and pay ASAP. 

TRAVEL
April 26 and April 30 will be travel days. Please make plans to arrive at the First Hopkinton SDB Parish House by 5pm on April 26. If you arrive earlier than April 26 or leave later than April 30, all arrangements are on your own. 

Ground transportation will be provided to and from the Providence, RI airport (PVD). Please send your flight schedules to the Director of Pastoral Services (jpethtel@seventhdaybaptist.org). We will also pick up from the train station in Westerly, RI. 

LODGING
Lodging will be provided at Camp Wightman. This will be housing similar to our camps. If you are staying at Camp Wightman, bedding will be provided for you.

You are also free to make your own arrangements. 

FOOD
Meals will be provided from dinner (6pm) on April 26 to dinner on April 29 at the First Hopkinton SDB Parish House. Other meals will be at your expense. Please note on the registration if you have any dietary restrictions. 

PACKING
Lodging will be provided at Camp Wightman. This will be housing similar to our camps. If you are staying at Camp Wightman, bedding will be provided for you.

You are also free to make your own lodging arrangements. 

SCHEDULE
Most of our meeting will be taking place at the First Hopkinton SDB Church (either in the church building or the parish house). 

We will begin at 8:30am on Friday, April 27 and end by 9pm on Sunday, April 30. (Please do not schedule your travel during these times.)

We will be worshipping at First Hopkinton SDB on Sabbath. On Sunday afternoon, we will be visiting the Newport Historical Society and the first SDB meeting house in America. When a full schedule of events is completed, all those registered will receive an email.
